We accept all credit cards (except American Express) and payments made via PayPal.
All items are charged as soon as your order is accepted. If your payment is declined or if the transaction fails, then payment will not be taken and your order will not be processed.
Orders received Monday to Friday after 12.00pm will be dispatched the next working day, except for Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year.
If you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been dispatched (all orders will be processed by 12 noon) please email firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be fully refunded.
If your order has been dispatched you will need to follow the returns policy. You will be advised on the return email as to what procedure was taken.
All items returned for a refund or replacement must be returned within 14 days from receipt!
All goods that are returned must be accompanied with proof of purchase and a note telling us what action you would like us to take. We recommend that a certificate of posting should be obtained for returns, supplied free of charge from the Post Office by handing your parcel over the counter. This gives you limited insurance with the Royal Mail if the goods are lost.
Returns postage costs are paid for by the customer.
Delivery postage paid for on ordering by customer is non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
For added security either ship the items signed for postage, or for higher insurance use Next Day Special Delivery.
For International returns, International Signed for postage is recommended in case of loss.
Please note - All returned goods must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached and in the original unused/unworn condition. Costumes, Goggles or Swimming Accessories that have been worn or used in a pool cannot be returned for exchange or refund. It is the consumer's responsibility to decide the suitability and fit of all items before using the item in a pool and making the item unsellable if returned! It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the product is adequately packed to avoid any possibility of damage caused in transit, as such items damaged in transit will be returned to the customer and not exchanged or refunded.
Here at Dolphin Swimware, we understand that ordering the wrong size can easily be done at any online store where you can't try the item on. If you do order the wrong size and wish to swap, please send us the item back (at your own postal cost) with a note explaining which size you would like. We will then aim to send out the correct size as soon as possible, however, if your desired size is not available or has sold out, then there may be a delay in this process or an alternative offered.
If you are outside of the UK, our customer services team will ask for a payment to cover the international postage cost to return the replacement item to you.
All garments come with care instructions that must be followed.
